- Understanding the client's requirements and objectives for the event.
- Conducting research on the target audience and event preferences.
- Creating an event concept and theme.
- Determining the event date, time, and location.
- Developing a detailed event plan and timeline.
Budgeting & Financial Management
- Estimating the overall budget for the event.
- Negotiating with vendors and suppliers to secure the best deals.
- Managing and allocating funds for different aspects of the event.
- Tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to the budget.
Venue Selection & Management
- Identifying suitable venues based on event requirements.
- Liaising with venue representatives to secure bookings.
- Coordinating logistics related to the venue, such as seating arrangements and decor.

Vendor & Supplier Coordination
- Sourcing and hiring various vendors, including caterers, audio-visual teams, decorators, etc.

- Setting up an online registration system if needed.
- Managing attendee registrations and inquiries.

Program Development
- Planning the event agenda and schedule.
- Securing speakers, performers, and entertainment acts.
