- Creating an event concept and theme.

Budgeting & Financial Management
- Estimating the overall budget for the event.
- Negotiating with vendors and suppliers to secure the best deals.
- Managing and allocating funds for different aspects of the event.
- Tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to the budget.
Venue Selection & Management
- Identifying suitable venues based on event requirements.
- Liaising with venue representatives to secure bookings.
- Coordinating logistics related to the venue, such as seating arrangements and decor.
